All tasks

Tag historical photos for an archive

Add searchable tags (year, location, subject) to a small batch of photos.

The brief

A community history archive needs tags on 20 scanned photos so they show up in search. We provide the photo set and a tag taxonomy; you fill in best-guess metadata.

What you send back

  1. A link to what you made: a document, a shared folder, a pull request or a design file.
  2. A short note on how you did it and anything they should check.
  3. A person at MicroMatch Demo reads both and approves the claim, or rejects it if it is not what they needed.

Nonprofits post tasks that take 5 to 30 minutes. Do one, a person there checks it, and it is sewn into this quilt as a patch in the colors they chose.

Drag or scroll to look around the quilt. Every block opens. Scroll down the quilt. Every block opens.
